Dear Friends, I want to lead off with a Senate tribute I presented to Clemma Stone of Arkansas City. Clemma was recently inducted into the KSHSAA Hall of Fame. In 1962 Clemma was the first female to officiate a boys’ high school game. She coached many years and also played on the Kiowa Frigidaires an AAU team. Congratulations Mrs. Clemma Stone.
